Fredy Massamba is a singer and dancer from Congo Brazzaville, currently based in Belgium. Deeply grounded in his Central African roots, his music is a smooth blend of soul, hiphop and funk. It did not take long before music became his tool as a true passion ! For a while he had been singing and dancing down the street or in some choirs. Then he turned into a génuine stage performer.

This legendary band was formed in the late 1960's by guitarist Mamady "Djelike" Kouyate and singer Emile Soumah. They made some of the most beloved music of their generation. Now based in New York, Mamady Kouyate has decided to revive The Ambassadors. Every Wednesday night.
