In 2012, Tim Persent, originally from South Africa, will have been dancing in the Netherlands for a quarter of a century. The Holland Dance Festival is devoting a whole evening to this exceptional dancer, who has become a real icon of Dutch dance, with his inspiring and engaging theatre personality, exceptional technical gifts and great musical talent, A Dance Concert , a programme of short dance pieces, live music and film fragments, has been assembled by Persent himself.
