Vuyani week - Vuyani Dance Theatre

With the echoing success of the Standard Bank 2012 Silver Ovation award winning Mayhem, Vuyani Week promises a jam-packed line-up of timeless dance. The Vuyani Week 2012 celebrations take place at The Dance Factory in Newtown, 1 to 3 November at 20h00 and 4 November at 14H30. Vuyani Week this year is a total retrospection of works that form part of the legacy of Vuyani Dance Theatre (VDT): Beautiful Us and Southern Comfort. The season celebrates the works and artists who continue to bring them back to our stages. Both these woks have won accolades in South Africa and abroad. They are timeless, and all live to continue to inspire the new generation of company members and the public.
