2nd Cape Town Dance Fest back in December

The Cape Town International Dance Fest is bringing 14 dance acts to Cape Town, Gugulethu and Stellenbosch stages. The 2016 festival plays host to dancers from Cape Town, Kuruman, Durban and Johannesburg; the US, Austria and the Netherlands. The line-up includes South Africa’s Siwela Sonke (Durban), Yaotl Physical Art Company, the Baikitsi Collective and Underground Theatre (Cape Town), the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance from Austria, and a hybrid all-male company from New York, USA, aptly called 10 Hairy Legs. The line-up also includes the De Châtel company from Amsterdam, Holland as well as work by South African-born choreographer Kirvan Fortuin, performed by members of Cape Town City Ballet.
