Studio ZAM - Meet the artist: Raymond Dakoua
The Ivorian documentary photographer Raymond Dakoua will visit Studio ZAM to talk about and show some of his work, including a sneak preview of his latest project. In 2017, ZAM magazine featured Dakoua's series on LGBTI communities in Mozambique and Ivory Coast in its Photo Edition. Dakoua, who has lived in Brussels for the past two decades, works in many different countries, among others Ivory Coast, Morocco, Kosovo, Italy and Belgium. His images, addressing social issues, shot in black and white and in colour, show a strong engagement with the people he works with and is deeply personal.
