Studium Generale - Experiences of a Rwandan Human Rights Defender
Due to circumstances, the speaker for this lecture had to go back to Rwanda. We are working on getting this lecture online via Zoom. You can make your reservation here as usual. We will inform you if we switch to online and send you the Zoom-link.
An investigative journalist in Rwanda will share his experiences of exposing human rights violations, corruption and empowering communities. Discover how investigative, data, undercover and open-source investigative journalism is used in the fight against corruption and human rights abuses. Besides engaging the next generation of Rwandan journalists, tonight’s speaker is also a petitioner on laws that hinder the press and freedom of expression in Rwanda. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session.
